Gathr Films Promotes Johnathan Ross and Nicole Rapatan
Johnathan graduated from Arizona State University in 2014 with his degree in Film and Media Studies before relocating to Los Angeles. Since then, he has worked on various political campaigns including Proposition 47, the spring 2015 Pasadena Mayors Race, and most notably the City of Champions Initiative which gave the go ahead to begin construction on a football stadium in Inglewood California. Johnathan started with Gathr in the fall of 2015 as an Outreach Associate, and now works as the Community Engagement Manager. He is also our around-the-clock contact for all of Gathr’s Movie Captains.
Nicole graduated from USC in 2015 with a degree in Architectural Studies and Screenwriting. She started at Gathr also in Fall 2015 as an Outreach Associate, and is now a Theater Relations and Settlements Associate, as well as the in-house Graphic Designer. Having worked before in homelessness services, a street art sticker company, and wardrobe for film, she likes Gathr because this media company can enact social change in real time (which she aims to do in anything she does). Mostly though, Nicole likes Gathr because she gets to dress however she likes.
Congratulations to Johnathan and Nicole!
